During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me unsettled. The staff were unprofessional. I felt unwelcome and disrespected at times, particularly when trying to retrieve a forgotten bag.

Had a lovely time there, breakfast was more than I expected, I usually get tired of the same old stuff but here, fresh options every morning. Carlos made us feel like we were family, always checking in on us.

The Standard Double Room was really nice! I loved having a balcony with chairs to relax on. A fridge to keep drinks cool. The shower was super spacious with a removable head, which made it easy to use. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there was plenty of storage too. WiFi was great for staying connected. Just a small note, maybe a bit of tea-making stuff could've been handy.
